Yes. For calls hosted on our platform, we provide the option to record your call along with transcription, both of which will be saved in the details of the call which you can access from the Pulse Calls page. Like the content of your Network Pulse, the content of your call is proprietary to you and is not shared with any other clients.
We can host calls on other platforms of your choice, but in that case we will not be able to provide recording or transcription.
